What we save
We save the information you add to the app, including your name, contact email address, trip or event plans, Closet photos, saved looks, packing progress, and support messages.
How we use it
We use that information to save your work, show it when you sign in, help you build outfits and packing lists, create lookbooks, respond to support notes, and improve Be Well Packed. We do not sell your personal information or Closet photos.
How photos help
When you add photos to your Closet, we use them to identify pieces, suggest names and categories, clean up how item photos look, build looks, and make packing ideas more useful. Those photos stay tied to your account.
Sign-in
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or a one-time code sent to your email. When you create your account, we collect your first name, last name, and contact email so we can identify your profile and help with your account.
Your choices
You can edit or delete plans and Closet items in the app. For account, privacy, or deletion help, visit the support page.
