Privacy Supplement
This supplement applies only when you use Be Well Packed through ChatGPT. If you only use our website or iOS app, this supplement does not apply to that use. Please see our main Privacy Policy instead. That policy applies to your Be Well Packed account and content you save into it. Contact our support page with privacy or deletion questions.
Information we receive and return
We receive the trip destinations, dates, activities, clothing descriptions and photos you share with the integration, along with draft references and request information such as network and ChatGPT-provided identifiers. We return your outfit lookbook, packing checklist, weather, draft reference and any requested save link through OpenAI. The display receives temporary links to show your photos. The integration does not browse your existing Closet.
How we use and share information
We use this information to create and revise your draft, show photos, retrieve weather, provide a save link, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. We do not sell your personal information or clothing photos. Hosting, database, photo-storage, analytics and font-delivery providers help operate these features. Location and weather providers receive destination searches, coordinates and dates. OpenAI processes your ChatGPT interactions and tool results. If you contact support, our email and support providers process your message and contact information.
Saving into your account
Opening a save link, signing in and confirming lets you add the trip and photographed pieces to your account, where account features and photo processing are covered by the main policy. AI service providers help process those saved photos. Keep save links private: someone holding an unclaimed link can view and potentially save the trip.
How long information remains
Unclaimed ChatGPT drafts expire 30 days after creation, revision or requesting another save link, with scheduled cleanup of the draft and photos afterward. Expiry does not mean every stored copy is erased immediately. When you save a trip into an account, the original ChatGPT draft record is retained until account deletion. You can delete the resulting account Plan and Closet items separately. Deleting an item removes it from normal use without immediately erasing every stored copy. Account deletion removes account-linked content and account photo storage through our deletion process. We retain an account identity and deletion record for 12 months so we can identify deleted accounts in our deletion history.
Diagnostic logs are retained for 30 days. Session recordings on our website are retained for 30 days. Analytics events and abuse-prevention records have no guaranteed automatic deletion date and can remain after draft expiry or account deletion. Support correspondence has no automatic deletion period. You can contact support to request deletion of information held outside your account.
Email-delivery records are retained for 30 days, with backups potentially persisting for up to seven additional days; this does not delete copies in our support inbox. Database backups can contain previously deleted records and follow separate provider retention schedules. These backup copies are not necessarily erased at the same time as the active records.
Your choices and OpenAI copies
Choose which details and photos to share, ask to revise a draft, and decide whether to save it. You can edit or delete saved Plans and Closet items or delete your account in account settings. Contact support for access, correction or deletion help, including for an anonymous draft. Deleting a ChatGPT conversation or disconnecting the integration does not itself request deletion from Be Well Packed. OpenAI's privacy policy and ChatGPT data controls apply to copies held by OpenAI.
